VEX VRC 2023-2024 High School Reverse Engineering Online Challenge

Team 8889A’s reverse engineering project has been chosen as one of the five finalists in the VEX VRC 2023-2024 High School Reverse Engineering Online Challenge, out of a total of 60 participating teams

Southern New England Regional (Feb 26th, 2024)

At the recent Southern New England VEX Regional Championships, we clinched the tournament champion title, going undefeated in all 15 matches. Despite finishing third in the skills challenge rankings, it marked our best performance of the season, and managed to get us the 19th highest score in the world.

In 2024, we participated in three major national competitions, reaching the quarter-finals in one and becoming finalists in the other two. These invaluable experiences have shaped every team member through numerous challenges and hardships. We were also able to make many friends and engage with other strong teams from different regions.

Lastly, congratulations to several Lexington teams for receiving awards and qualifying for the World Championship in April. The continuous exchanges have contributed to the overall improvement of not only our team but all the teams in the region. Lexington teams have managed to take up five out of the 22 spots in the Southern New England region. See you all at the World Championships!
